As your gown is designed and made especially for you, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. Our dresses are made one by one and we provide all the help to ensure we have the correct measurements before we begin to work on your dress. Customer assumes responsibility for any adjustments or alterations needed on your gown if the body measurements have changed.
Processing an order includes all materials needed to make the dress.
Here you find the different options to have your dress made.
Standard Size: normally requires alterations in order to obtain a perfect fit.
Custom size: Some minor alterations may needed.
Custom Made: Minor or no alterations are needed.

In stock merchandise will be shipped within 48 hours after sale is finalized excluding weekends and holidays.
Made to order will depend on dress style. Ask your bridal consultant to confirm.

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. If you have any questions please contact us before you process your order.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order.
Not Returns, Refunds, Exchanges or Cancellation. We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations, but we are available to help you with your order before and after of placing it and if you have any issues with your purchase, please contact us.
